Apple et.al.: The best medicine in the world

Today it is proven what old greek physicians already assumed 2500 years ago: that food could be used in any case as prevention against diseases, often even curing illness. 

 

Recommendation for a cancer-prevention diet:

Vegetables: 200-250g per day, one part as fresh salad, or vegetable juice +
Fresh fruit: 1-3 times per day, alternatively fresh fruit juice +
Full grain products: daily (Muesli, whole-grain bread) +
less animal fat +
Preferably  vegetable oils (olive and/or rape seed)
