Eating for two ?
During your entire pregnancy you should consider the following rules when eating:
Do not eat for two, but breathe for two ! Do not eat double the quantity, but eat the right things forthe two of you ! Exercise daily in fresh air!
When eating ,the quality and not the quantity makes the difference !
