You can order your prescriptions either by telephone:
08122 - 48 55 5 or by fax: 08122 - 90 17 70
or a continuous prescription (e.g. hormone therapy or "Pill")
directly via E-Mail order.
The E-Mail order saves a telephone call and can be done at
any time of the day.
After two working days the prescription
is available for you at my clinic. Note that you should bring
your chip card or a valid referral form.
Please do not forget
to bring your insurance card.
If
you are privately insured we could also send the ordered
prescription by post.
